Delete your Duel of Bubbles account

You can request deletion of your Duel of Bubbles account and associated data here, even if you no longer have the app installed.

In the app: Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Confirm the request to delete your account directly.

Without the app: submit the form below. We will verify ownership before processing. Submitting public information alone never deletes an account.

What happens to your data?

We delete your profile details, sign-in links and credentials, account progression, leaderboard presence, account-associated analytics held by our backend, last-reported Meta permission-status records associated with your account, and push/device registrations. A deleted Guest account cannot be restored.

Completed match outcomes and already-awarded referral records are kept only in de-identified form where needed to protect other players’ results and reward integrity. Limited security records may remain for up to 180 days. Contact details in completed deletion requests are removed after 90 days. Read our Privacy Policy for details.

Optional Meta advertising measurement requires your separate permission and an Android release that includes the integration. Deleting a game account does not itself reset the separate installation-level Meta permission or automatically erase information previously sent to Meta. To stop future measurement when the feature is available, turn it off in Profile → Settings → Meta ad measurement.
